Best movie I've seen all year. Anybody else seen it? Gerard Butler plays a great role probably as good as he was in 300.

I have this movie on my Watch Instantly Netflix list along with 70+ other movies.
If it's that good I'll bump it to the top. 8-)

Do it, you won't regret it. Honestly other than The Hangover which is a completely different genre it's the best movie I've seen in years.

Have you seen Shutter Island? It's another thriller that you may like if you're looking for unpredictable movies to watch.

Nope, but I've heard of it... Who'se in it again? I'll see if it's on streaming Netflix.

Leonardo DiCaprio. It's not on streaming Netflix yet. Here's the trailer for the movie:

Fair enough. I'll see if Blockbuster has it or something, or maybe it's on HBO or Pay Per View.

True dat. I gave this movie 4 out of 5 stars on Netflix. So do you think that there should be a Law Abiding Citizen 2?

I'm sure I'd watch it if they made a sequel, but I don't see how they'd be able to top the first one, so probably not.

I'm thinking a Law Abiding Citizen spin-off rather than a direct sequel. Since the first movie was about murder, perhaps they could make the next one about an abduction.

I really hope not. I hate it when a good thing is destroyed by it's sequels
Law Abiding Citizen was amazing, apart from the fact I'd do unspeakable things to Butler if I wasn't already married, the acting was real and the story was great. I hated the ending though, such a typically bad ending
....hopefully this didnt spoil anything for anyone.

I hated the ending too. By any chance does the DVD have an alternative ending?

I'd love to see an alternative ending, the original ending just..defied everything the entire movie stood for....such a let down seriously, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth :/...

I didn't watch this one. I took one look at the title and what the trailer seemed to show and got pissed off at it for some reason. Maybe it seemed like people were saying that "any normal person is capable of this" or something. Is it honestly worth watching?

yes, when it nears the end, just turn it off and pretend that all is right and good in the world...because the ending was such crap i'd almost say don't watch the movie.
but the rest of the movie was truly brilliant, so you should watch it

Yeah, I HATED the ending, but the rest of the movie was pure genius.
